Terms and conditions
The terms on which you may use agent.askthenous.com and submit material to us. Last updated 13 September 2026.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by VESTIGOS FZ LLC, Downtown Dubai , Dubai, UAE, trading as Ask the Nous. By using this site or submitting anything through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Contact: info@askthenous.com.
2. What we publish
Ask the Nous publishes short explainer videos presented by Ari, an AI character. Our videos are general information only. They are not professional, legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and nothing in them is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, cryptocurrency, fund or product. We are not licensed to give investment advice and do not do so. Decisions you take after watching are your own.
We try to be accurate and we check factual claims before publishing, but technology changes quickly. Information may be out of date by the time you see it. Verify anything that matters against the provider's own documentation.
3. Submitting a clip
If you submit a video through /send, you confirm that:
- you created it, or you otherwise hold all rights needed to share it with us, including rights in any music, footage, images, trademarks and voices it contains;
- everyone identifiable in it has agreed to appear, and where a child appears you hold the consent of a parent or guardian;
- it does not infringe anyone's rights, breach a confidentiality obligation, or break any law.
You keep ownership of your video. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host it, edit it for length and format, add an AI presenter's introduction and commentary, add captions, and publish it on our channels with credit to the handle you give us. You may withdraw that licence at any time at /remove. On withdrawal we stop scheduling your clip and remove live posts, normally within 24 hours; copies already downloaded or re-shared by third parties are outside our control.
We are not obliged to use anything you send, and we may decline or remove material at our discretion.
4. Sponsorship and partner enquiries
An enquiry through /partner is not a contract. Any sponsorship, affiliate arrangement or licence is agreed separately in writing. Paid placements are disclosed to viewers using the platform's paid-partnership tools, and affiliate links are labelled as such. We keep editorial control over what we say about any product; payment does not buy a favourable description.
5. Our content
The Ask the Nous name, the Ari character, our logo, scripts, graphics and video output are owned by us or licensed to us. You may share and link to our published videos using the platforms' own features. You may not copy, re-upload, re-voice, translate or make derivative works from our content for your own channels without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, submit material you have no right to, or impersonate anyone. We apply rate limits and may block access that breaches this clause.
7. Third-party links and platforms
Our videos and pages may link to third-party sites, including affiliate links from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Your use of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook is governed by their own terms.
8. Availability and liability
We provide this site on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of this site or reliance on our content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Changes, governing law
We may amend these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
